The saga continues after 99Bullets. Now your problem isn't the number of bullets, rather the amount of time.

EnjoyUp Games has announced that 99Seconds will be available to download via DSiWare in North America on May 31 .

The game will be priced at 200 Nintendo DSi Points.

99Seconds, a fun, retro-style video game, where you can modify time to avoid all kinds of dangers.

After finishing off Black Eye, V-99 entered a mysterious zone called Bit 8, without knowing why V-99 could modify time, slow it down and even stop it. But everything became complicated with the appearance of the BLACK VECTORS: mysterious beings that aim to destroy any intruder who reaches Bit 8.

• Control V-99, dodging, using SLOW DOWN to slow, stop and even go back in time!
• Arcade mobility like in the classic arcade games!
• Retro-style levels!
• Incredible enemy patterns!

The concept of 99Seconds is to survive using SlowDown to control time and avoid the enemies. Blue Energies will appear during the game that will give you extra time. When the time reaches zero, you will not have the SlowDown power, and if you are hit, you will be defeated.

Nintendo has announced that the updated Wii versions of Pikmin 2 and Mario Power Tennis will be coming to North America as a Nintendo Selects titles on June 10.

Both games will be available at a suggested retail price of $19.99.

Additionally, two of the best-selling Wii games of all time, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Donkey Kong Country Returns, will be getting a new price of $29.99.

Pikmin 2 has updated controls optimized for the Wii console as players help brave Captain Olimar and his assistant, Louie, salvage treasures and return them to their home planet. In addition to the original red, blue and yellow Pikmin from the first game, players can also take command of purple and white Pikmin, creating a wealth of new strategic options. Additionally,Pikmin 2 features a frantic, two-player split-screen multiplayer battle mode, for which additional accessories are required and are sold separately.

Mario Power Tennis lets players power up their tennis game by swinging the Wii Remote to smack powerful forehands and backhands. Players can take on the role of their favorite Mushroom Kingdom characters and play on imaginative courts not possible in the real world, including a court littered with Mario-style power-ups. As players win tournaments, clear minigames or challenge Gimmick Courts, they unlock new characters, courts and challenges. Up to four players can compete in wild multiplayer action.

The fan-favorite Super Smash Bros. Brawl features dozens of characters from numerous Nintendo games and franchises in a battle royale. Up to four players can battle in the same room or over a broadband Internet connection. To date the game has sold nearly 5.5 million in the United States alone.

Donkey Kong Country Returns is a new take on the classic platforming, barrel-blasting and banana-hoarding franchise. The game features the first simultaneous cooperative game-play mode for the series, allowing both novice and skilled players to play the game together. Players run, jump, climb and defeat enemies through diverse environments until they retrieve Donkey Kong’s stolen banana hoard. The game has sold more than 2.5 million in the United States.

Masahiro Sakurai, the director of Kid Icarus: Uprising, has told IGN that he has no interest in making a sequel to Pit’s critically acclaimed 3DS adventure.

If by ‘lasting universe’ you mean to ask if there’s a sequel, the answer is no.

Because we pushed a lot into the game in order to let people have this short yet deep experience, but the novelty of that would likely grow thin in the next game. For now, my thought is that perhaps we’ll see someone else besides me make another Kid Icarus in another 25 years.

With Sakurai-san already hard at work on Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS, it’s not surprising that a Kid Icarus: Uprising sequel isn’t at the top of his to-do list.
